Mr. Basavaraj M.C is an accomplished Engineering and Management professional with over 20 years of corporate experience. He is recognized as a fluent performer with strong investigative, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, complemented by a pragmatic approach and sharp business acumen.
He has a proven track record in Account Management, Program & Project Management, Practice Set-up, Enterprise Solutions, Business Process Definition, Vendor Management, and Customer Relations.
An alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA, he is also certified in Cyber Laws and brings deep expertise in aligning technology with business strategy.

Chief Advisor for DBQ Products
Shri Narayanaswamy, from Gundlupete, Karnataka, is a retired Principal Additional Director General (Principal Commissioner rank), NACIN Bengaluru, CBIC. With over 31 years of service, he contributed to the Ministry of Finance, External Affairs, Cabinet Secretariat, and RAW.
He played a key role in indirect tax administration, international relations, and crisis management. As Project In-Charge, he led the ₹850 crore NACIN Palasamudram campus, earning appreciation from the Hon'ble Prime Minister, Finance Minister, and CBIC. Recipient of the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Award (2023), Basava Ratna Award (2024), and a rare CBIC standing ovation, he now leads SAMPRABHA, promoting sports, culture, and welfare for Customs & GST families in Karnataka.
