All Began?
The story of ZOY started in 2015 after we saw how bad PG living could be. A few women who joined our team faced dirty rooms, no water, and zero support from the landlord on their first day. That's when we realized the system was broken. So we created ZOY a platform that makes staying in a PG safe, clean, and stress-free.
Seeing that there had been no change in the way operators viewed the industry and having worked in technology, they felt technology had to be the beginning of ZOY - to build a safe, comfortable, and happy place for work, play, and respect.

From Pink Notebook to a Vision!
ZOY started as an idea in a pink notebook, driven by a vision to fix the PG living experience. With support from his wife and co-founder, Mrs. Preeti Basavaraj, our founder Mr. Basavaraj M. C. turned that idea into action.
The two young women from the initial PG incident became our first believers, and a small team including an MBA graduate from PES helped shape the early prototype. By January 25, 2016, our proof of concept was ready, and ZOY was born.
"Do you believe in miracles?" asked the notebook. "I expect them," replied the pen. And thus, ZOY was born.
Building the Dream Team!
Our journey accelerated when founder Mr. Basavaraj M. C. connected with Dr. Sanjeev Kubakaddi, who introduced him to Mr. Mani Verma, Director at DBQ Technologies. Mani believed in ZOY's mission and brought in Mr. Vijaykumar M. and Mr. Nagendra P. With the support of the DBQ team, ZOY gained structure, strength, and momentum turning collaboration into a family united by a shared vision.
